Sanjay Yadav obtained his M.Sc. in 1985 and Ph.D. in Physics in 1990. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of MAPAN: The Journal of Metrology Society of India and as Vice President of both the Metrology Society of India (MSI) and the Ultrasonic Society of India (USI), New Delhi. Formerly, he was Chief Scientist and Head of the Physico-Mechanical Metrology Division at CSIR-NPL, as well as a Professor at AcSIR. Since 2011, he has been actively involved in teaching advanced metrology, supervising Ph.D. and masters students, and delivering hands-on training. He has received numerous national and international awards. His contributions span national metrology standards, pressure balance modeling, ultrasonic instrumentation, biomedical sensors, inter-laboratory comparisons, quality systems (ISO/IEC 17025), and simulation tools such as FEA and Monte Carlo methods. His current interests include promoting metrology, enhancing quality systems, and advancing academic publishing. He has authored over 525 research papers, 25 books, and holds 15 patents and copyrights.

Yogendra Arya is an Associate Professor at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, India. He has published more than 70 papers in international journals and serves as Associate Editor for several SCIE-indexed journals. He is a Fellow of IETE and a Senior Member of IEEE. His research interests include optimization, control systems, load frequency control (LFC)/automatic generation control (AGC) in smart grids, energy storage, and renewable energy systems.

Shanay Rab is a Lecturer at the School of Architecture, Technology, and Engineering, University of Brighton, UK. A mechanical engineer by training, he earned his masters degree in Machine Design from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and a Ph.D. in pressure metrology and mechanical design from Jamia Millia Islamia, in collaboration with CSIR-NPL. He has authored over 90 research papers in leading journals and serves as Associate Editor of MAPAN. He is also a Committee Member of the British Standards Institution (BSI) in manufacturing. His research interests include manufacturing processes, metrology, finite element analysis (FEA), additive manufacturing, and quality infrastructure.

Donshu Wang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Zhengzhou University and a Visiting Scholar at Michigan State University. His research focuses on autonomous robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and brain-inspired computing. He has led or participated in numerous national and provincial-level projects, including those funded by Chinas National Natural Science Foundation and major R&D programs. He has published over 70 SCI/EI-indexed papers, edited three books, holds 15 national patents, and has authored two highly cited papers. He has received several honors, including the Henan Province Science and Technology Progress Award. He also serves on multiple national academic and technical committees in the fields of automation and robotics.
