Dr Raj Kumar Arya is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Dr B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, Punjab, India, specialising in the field of polymeric coatings, process engineering, and process modelling & simulation. Dr Arya earned his PhD degree from IIT Bombay, India, and holds an MTech from IIT Delhi, India, as well as a BTech from Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur, India. He has edited several special issues in various international journals and authored and edited books for renowned publishers.Dr George D. Verros graduated from the Chemical Engineering Department, Polytechnic School, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), Greece, in 1989. He gained a doctoral degree in polymer reaction engineering in 1995 from the same department. Dr Verros is the author or co-author of 50 publications and 2 patents, as well as the co-editor of three books. Dr Verros has been working since 1999 in environmental applications for the Greek Government-Public Sector as Dr of Chemical Engineering, and he is also a Fellow in the Department of Chemistry, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
