This report analyzes agricultural markets trends around the world through 2008. A number of predictions are made, including projections regarding the expansion of world output of agriculture, an increase in global demand and the consumption of coarse grains and oilseeds, some divergence between cereal and livestock product prices, expanded trade in bulk and processed food products, and continued high farm support and protection in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) area.
