Niklas Hageback has an extensive background in digital transformations and risk management. He has held regional executive management and project oversight roles at leading banks, including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank & Goldman Sachs, in both Asia and Europe, where he was in charge of a number of complex regionwide digital transformation & risk management initiatives. More recently, he has done extensive work in Artificial Intelligence, notably machine learning, leading the development of automated human reasoning & computational creativity applications.

He is a published author with bestsellers including The Mystery of Market Movements: An Archetypal Approach to Investment Forecasting and Modelling (2014), The Virtual Mind: Designing the Logic to Approximate Human Thinking (2017), The Death Drive - why societies self-destruct (2020) and Leadership in The Digital Age: Renaissance of the Renaissance Men (2020). He has also published a number of research papers in AI and finance.

Daniel Hedbloms background includes working as a senior artificial intelligence consultant developing data warehouses, data analytics and visualisation tools. His focus has been on designing predictive analytic systems and models for financial markets and replicating consumer purchasing patterns with a core competence in the understanding and execution of the full project life cycle, and in particular database and data flow designs.
