Supplementing the best-selling textbook, Analyzing Ethics Questions from Behavior Analysts, this book analyzes over 50 original and up-to-date ethics cases recently faced by behavior analysts. The workbook provides "solutions" to each question written by the most expert professionals in the field using the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® Ethics Code. Covering all ten sections of the code and designed to allow the reader to see the original question, respond given their knowledge of the Code, and then compare their answers with the authors’ answers at the back of the book, Jon S. Bailey and Mary R. Burch provide the necessary guided practice for both students and clinicians to improve ethical competency in behavior analysis.

Recenzijas

Analyzing Ethics Questions from Behavior Analysts is an essential tool for students and professionals. The proposed scenarios present complex, often borderline, situations that help shape the readers ethical judgement. The dilemmas presented by the authors have a relevance that engages the readers attention on every page; you will find that most, if not all, scenarios could happen to you and your colleagues. The book is an excellent companion to the classic Ethics for Behavior Analysts. Javier Virues-Ortega, PhD, BCBA-D, associate professor and Applied Behaviour Analysis programme director, The University of Auckland, New Zealand

"Bailey and Burch have done it again! Analyzing Ethics Questions from Behavior Analysts: A Student Workbook fills an important training need for students and practitioners alike. The questions and cases provide an excellent sampling of real world issues. The proposed solutions are toughtful, reasonable, and model a systematic application of the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code. This book will be an invaluable resource for teaching ethics at the graduate level." Rosemary A. Condillac, PhD, CPsych, BCBA-D, associate professor, Applied Disability Studies, Brock University, Ontario, Canada

Analyzing Ethics Questions from Behavior Analysts is a fantastic companion piece for Bailey and Burchs Ethics for Behavior Analysts text. We all know students learn best when multiple examples accompany principles we are trying to teach. The examples of ethical issues in this text, presented as questions and answers from the authors vast experience, bring ethical principles to life. It is a must-read for students and practicing behavior analysts." Raymond G. Miltenberger, PhD, BCBA-D, professor and director, Applied Behavior Analysis Program, University of South Florida, USA
