Professor May Ng, OBE is a Professor at Edge Hill University and an Associate Professor at the University of Liverpool, both in England. She holds dual specialist qualifications in Paediatrics and Paediatric Endocrinology. She graduated with an MBBS (Hons) at University of Sydney, Australia, a Masters in Medical Science and PhD in Child Health in the UK. She also holds an MBA in Healthcare Finance and a Master of Laws, and has authored over 200 scientific papers. She has received numerous national awards, including the OBE during Queen Elizabeth II's 2022 Platinum Jubilee, National Clinical Excellence awards, Diabetes UK Arnold Bloom Award 2023, NHS Parliamentary Award 2020, University of Liverpool Alumni Award 2019, and Diabetes UK Mary Mackinnon Award 2018.
