Clare Daly is a solicitor with extensive experience in the legal profession; a specialist in child protection, data protection, online safety, digital rights, litigation, and family and child law. She holds a CIPP/E and is a qualified data protection practitioner with considerable experience advising organisations and statutory bodies on their data protection and child protection obligations pursuant to legislation and policy, both online and offline. Clare is a director and board member of CyberSafeKids Ireland, a part-time lecturer at University College, Cork, and she has published articles in the Irish Law Society Gazette, the Irish Legal News, the Irish Journal of Family Law and the Irish Educational Studies Journal.
