Clare Daly is a solicitor with extensive experience in the legal profession; a specialist in child protection, data protection, online safety, digital rights, litigation, and family and child law. She holds a CIPP/E and is a qualified data protection practitioner with considerable experience advising organisations and statutory bodies on their data protection and child protection obligations pursuant to legislation and policy, both online and offline.
