Professor Angang Hu, renowned economist, professor in the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University as well as director of Center for China Studies at Tsinghua University. He is the member of the Planning Committee of Experts for Chinas national plan including the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the Twelfth Five-Year Plan and the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan. Angang Hu has over 30 years research experience in China Studies and has written hundreds of academic papers and monographs including China 2030, Chinas Collective Presidency published by Springer.  Professor Yifu Lin is a leading economist, he received a PhD in economics from the University of Chicago and a post-doctoral degree from the University of Yale. He serves as a consultant of the State Council and was appoited Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of the World Bank from 2008 to 2012. He is also on the editorial board of several international academic economics journals.His monographs include The Quest for Prosperity: How Developing Economies Can Take Off, Against the Consensus: Reflections on the Great Recession, New Structural Economics: A Framework for Rethinking Development and Policy, etc.
