Prof. Abhijit Mohanrao Zende is a Professor and Head in the Department of Civil Engineering, Dr. Daulatrao Aher college of Engineering, Karad, since June 2016. Earlier he worked in Annasaheb Dange college of Engineering and Technology, Ashta; Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Pune, and VIT, Pune. His research interests include water resources, Remote Sensing and GIS applications in Civil Engineering, Water Security Assessment, New model development for effective water resources assessment, Smart city, Non conventional energy resouces, Legal Aspects in Civil Engineering.

Dr. Xin Ren is Deputy Director of the Department of Intelligent Construction and Management, College of Civil Engineering, Nanjing Tech University. He has served as a member of several societies including the International Negative Poisson's Ratio Materials and Structure Academic Committee, the Royal Society of Victoria, Australia; and the Youth Working Committee of the Jiangsu Mechanics Society. He is also the Vice president of the Young Teachers Association of Nanjing Tech University. He has written more than 50 journal papers, including four "ESI Highly Cited" papers, with a total cited number of more than 1,850 times (Google Scholar: H-index is 21).

Qingfei Gao, Associate Professor at School of Transportation Science and Engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology, serves as a member of several societies including International Association for Bridge Maintenance and Safety (IABMAS), International Society for Intelligent Construction (ISIC), Chinese Civil Engineering Society, and Chinese Highway Society. He is also the first young editorial board member of Journal of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, and has reviewed many journals internationally. In the past five years, he has presided and participated in more than 10 scientific research projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China, Heilongjiang Key R&D Program, Shandong Key R&D Program, China Postdoctoral Fund, Jilin Provincial Department of Transportation, and Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Transportation.
