Dr Evalina Burger received her training in South Africa. She served as a Captain in the South African Defense Force and was the first female surgeon in South Africa to become an ABC Fellow. After establishing an Adult Spine Unit at LSU, she joined the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus, USA, in 2006. She is the Chair of the Department of Orthopedics. She has dedicated her career to complex spine surgery with a passion for scoliosis surgery. Dr Christopher Kleck is the Chief of Spine at The University of Colorado, Department of Orthopedics, USA. His spine practice primarily involves the evaluation of adult spinal deformity patients and their outcomes. The Spine Division is involved in several studies looking at global alignment, pelvic parameters, and techniques for precise surgical plans. He is a Scoliosis Research Society member and a gifted surgeon, writer, and speaker. His passion is to improve patients' lives.
