Ananda Das Gupta is the former head of HR at the Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bangalore, India. He has 32 years of teaching experience in different institutions across India. His areas of interest are Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Ethics, Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources Management. He is a Member of the Editorial Team at the Journal of Global Responsibility, Emerald. Currently he is Emeritus Professor, St. Josephs Institute of Management, Bangalore, IndiaJanaswamy Kiranmai is an Assistant Professor in Finance Area and has conducted management development programs for various enterprises. She is an Editor of the Indian Journal of Corporate Governance. She currently Heads the Centre for Corporate Governance and CSR at Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), India. Ram Kumar Mishra is the former Director of the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad, India. His research is in the areas of Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Sustainable Management. Currently he is President of the Management and Social Science Research Centre (MSSRC), Hyderabad, India.
