An activity and story book combine for an interactive and reflective way to count the days through Lent to Easter.
The Easter Tree represents following the example of Jesus, introducing children to the stories in the Gospels in anticipation of his resurrection. Decorate a budding tree branch with 40 easy-to-make symbols and read short stories about Jesus life and teachings that each symbol represents. Templates for the symbols and Bible references are provided along with a reflection and simple Lent challenge.

Richard Littledale (Foreword by) Richard Littledale is a Baptist minister, author and broadcaster. He contributes frequently to Daily Service and Sunday worship on BBC Radio 4,and is a regular contributor on his regional BBC Station, BBC Berkshire.He loves to write for both adults and children, and believes in the power of story.
Deborah Lock (Re-Teller) Deborah Lock has been writing and editing children's non-fiction, fiction and educational titles for more than 25 years. She is dedicated to developing products that engage and inspire children, instil a love of reading and lifelong learning, and share the Christian faith. She is a licensed lay minister at her local parish church, leading worship and actively involved with children and youth work, and enjoys singing, drama and dance (which comes in very useful when co-ordinating the children-led Nativity service each year).
