Dr. Amir Shakibamanesh is an Associate Professor and Urban Designer at the Iran University of Art in Tehran, with over a decade of expertise in urban planning and design. He has authored more than 26 scholarly articles and twelve books and chapters, focusing on smart cities, practical urban design, and integrating virtual and augmented reality in urban environments. As head of the Virtual Reality and Emerging Technologies Lab, Dr. Shakibamanesh leads innovative work in urban visualization and computer modeling, making significant contributions to sustainable urban development and the future of urban design.





Dr. Mahshid Ghorbanian is an Urban Designer and Planner with more than 13 years of professional experience. She currently works as an Assistant Professor of Urban Design and Planning at the Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, Iran. Dr. Ghorbanians research interests include urban modeling, urban spatial structure and health, morphological and visual analysis of city texture, and urban transportation in the complex city network.
