Takn Deniz Yldz has been working as an academician at Department of Mining Engineering of Adana Alparslan Türke Science and Technology University since January 2014. At the same time, he worked at Department of Mining Engineering of Istanbul Technical University about 4 years. He completed his master's degree in 2012 and his doctorate in 2020 in mining engineering program at Istanbul Technical University. Also, in 2016, he successfully graduated from Faculty of Law of Beykent University by studying a scholarship at 50%. He has 26 published articles, 15 in the Web of Science (WOS) category and 11 in other indexes. In addition, he has 2 published international books, 1 book chapter, 20 international conference papers, and 30 articles in mining sector magazines. He is a member of the editorial board of " Emergency Management Science and Technology. His fields of study are: Mining legislation, mining exploration and operation projects, mineral economics, mining and energy/infrastructure investments conflicts, land use in mining, evaluation of abandoned mining areas in terms of environment and urbanism, mine waste management/rehabilitation, occupational health and safety in mines.
