Robert E. Randall, Ph.D., held the Bauer Professorship of Dredging Engineering from 2010 through 2017 and was the director for the Texas A&M Center for Dredging Studies from 1993 to 2017. Dr. Randall retired from Texas A&M University in August 2020 after 45 years of teaching, research, and service. He is professor emeritus in the Department of Ocean Engineering and a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.
