This book focuses on the theme of "the impact of education development on rural poverty reduction in China". Firstly, it reviews in detail the research results on the relationship between education and poverty at home and abroad, and then analyzes in depth the mechanism of the role of education in promoting rural poverty reduction, taking into account the causes of rural poverty and anti-poverty measures and tools. On this basis, we empirically analyze the effects of education level, education level, education type, compulsory education law implementation and university expansion policies on rural poverty in China based on macro and micro, spatial and non-spatial, static and dynamic, and unidimensional and multidimensional poverty perspectives with the help of spatial lag model (SAR), spatial error model (SEM), logit model, double difference model and breakpoint regression model. poverty.
