Himanshu Rai, PhD, is the Director of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore, India. He is the Dean at MISB Bocconi (India Campus of Bocconi, Milan) and Professor at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, Italy.The author of many books and research articles, he also worked eight years at Tata Steel, India, where he played a pivotal role in developing quality systems and communication policy. Prof. Rai has trained over 20,000 professionals, both in the private sector as well as in government. He provides strategic consultancy to the Government of India in areas of restructuring, strategic HR management, and employee development. An expert in interpersonal negotiation, he conducts training programs and workshops for executives as well as bureaucrats around the world.

Mubashir Majid Baba, PhD, is a faculty member at the Department of Management Studies at the University of Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Dr. Baba has two books to his credit and has published papers in national and international journals and has also presented papers at international conferences. He is also a columnist for various newspapers, writing on topics in business management.

Mansi Babbar is Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi, India. She has authored books and published papers in international journals and has presented her research at national and international conferences. Her writings on critical issues in national newspapers and magazines. She was also invited as evaluator and coordinator by the Government of India for national-level events.
