Guy Barter, RHSs chief horticultural advisor, is an acknowledged expert in the field of gardening and is passionate about encouraging biodiversity in gardens. Guy started out as superintendent of trails at RHS Garden Wisley in 1990, following experience in the commercial horticultural world and graduating with a degree in horticulture before moving on to run the RHS Members Advisory Service.
