It provides an essential update on the new ethical standards/codes for behaviour analysts and the profession of applied behaviour analysis. It is a requirement, for those that wish to become credentialed behaviour analysts, that this material is covered, and Bailey and Burch not only provide comprehensive coverage, but also provide many good examples and guided study questions/issues. This next text book will become essential reading on hundreds of academic courses around the world.--Neil Martin, BSc Hons, MSc, PhD, BCBA-D, Antam Ltd

These authors have absolutely no competition. With all of the new graduate programs in behaviour analysis popping up each year, I imagine that it is only a matter of time. For now, the authors have the corner on this market. I think that the new edition should come out ASAP!!!!! No one will want to wait for it. It is a core text. -- Professor Dorthea Lerman, University of Houston, Clearwater. Ethics for Behavior Analysts, 3rd Edition by Bailey and Burch is another winner. It covers all the essential elements of ethics in an accessible and comprehensive manner. With valuable new chapters, the most up-to-date information, and numerous case examples that facilitate a problem-solving approach to ethical issues, this book is an invaluable resource. Students and professionals in behavior analysis should keep it close at hand.Raymond G. Miltenberger, PhD, BCBA-D, Professor, University of South Florida.

The 3rd Edition of Ethics for Behavior Analysts is a "must read" for students of behavior analysis and seasoned professionals alike. It builds upon the huge success of the previous editions with the inclusion of Dr. Bailey's "Seven Step Model" for solving complex cases and new case examples aligned to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code. It will continue to be a staple in my graduate ethics classes.Rosemary A. Condillac, PhD, C.Psych., BCBA-D., Associate Professor, Centre for Applied Disability Studies, Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

This book is the go-to ethics book for our field of applied behavior analysis. Bailey and Burch handle the universe of ethics with a perfect touch. Ranging from formal presentation of ethical requirements, to real-life examples that all readers will relate to, this book will raise the awareness of ethics and ethical conduct, which in turn will increase the chances that the clients who we serve will be treated humanely and safely.Thomas Zane, PhD, BCBA-D, Institute for Behavioral Studies, Endicott College.

Bailey and Burch bring clarity to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code through cogent discussion of each element and thoughtful consideration of the myriad issues facing practicing behavior analysts. Practitioners of all levels will find valuable insight from numerous examples of real-life ethical dilemmas.Dorothea C. Lerman, PhD, BCBA-D, University of Houston, Clear Lake.

"What a great new edition... There is enough new content to make it feel like a 'new' read, even for those who have read the previous editions. At the same time this edition stays true to the familiar story-telling voice that Bailey and Burch use to make ethics compelling to those, new and old to the field. Navigating the field and the multitude of ethical dilemmas facing practitioners can be very isolating, and having the Bailey and Burch text helps alleviate it when you realize that there are behavior analysts out there questioning, thinking, and resolving some of these dilemmas for you. Thank you Bailey and Burch, can't wait for the next edition!" --Myra-Jade Lui, BCBA
