The European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN) was adopted on May 25, 2000, and first published in 2001 under the symbol ECE/TRANS/150; revised editions incorporating subsequent amendments were issued in January 2003 (ECE/TRANS/170) and January 2005 (ECE/TRANS/182). This latest two-volume publication contains a new updated version of the annexed Regulations, as adopted by the Joint Meeting of Experts for implementation as from January 1, 2007. Although there is no subject index, the text of the Agreement is preceded by a detailed table of contents specifying each part of the Agreement, and chapters and subheadings within each part.
