This two-volume set presents the text of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) and, comprising the bulk of the book, the ADR'S annexes on types of goods and their packaging and labeling, and the construction and operation of vehicles carrying goods. This year's version of the book takes into account all new amendments adopted by WP.15 in 2006, 2007, and 2008, circulated under the symbols ECE/TRANS/WP.15/195 and -/Corr.1 and ECE/TRANS/WP.15/195/Add.1, which, subject to acceptance by the Contracting Parties, will enter into force on January 1, 2009.
