Twelve-year-old Drew, a boy with cerebral palsy and super powers, joins the swim team and uses his brain boost to help a fellow swimmer at their first meet.
In his first swim meet, the Fantastic Freewheeler is up against an expert swimmer. But when the other boy loses his good luck charm and is thrown off his game, the kid hero must decide whether to let the champ sink or use his power to help the competition.
