Derek M. Steinbacher, MD, DMD graduated from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA), specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and subsequently completed a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore, MD). Dr. Steinbacher is currently practicing in the Division of Plastic Surgery at Yale University (New Haven, CT).





Steven R. Sierakowski, DMD, MDSc is a private practice periodontist from the University of Pennsylvania (Class of 2001).
