Mohd Nazip Suratman is an Honorary Professor at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, holding an MSc from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a PhD from the University of British Columbia. He specializes in forest modeling, biodiversity conservation, and applied remote sensing, with 15 books and over 200 publications. His accolades include the Canadian Commonwealth Fellowship and the National Book Editor Award. He has served as UiTM's Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation). Seca Gandaseca, an Associate Professor at UiTM, earned his Forestry Science degree from IPB University, Indonesia, and his MAgr and PhD from Kyoto University, Japan. His research covers environmental impacts of forest activities. He has authored nine books and over 87 publications and served as Coordinator of IUFRO RG. 3.07. Zulkiflee Abd Latif, a professor at UiTM with over 25 years of experience, has published over 100 research articles. He holds a Bachelor of Geomatics from the University of Melbourne, Australia, a Master's in Remote Sensing and GIS from Universiti Putra Malaysia, and a PhD from Lancaster University, UK. He specializes in forestry remote sensing and is the Dean of Research & Innovation at UiTM.
