Gulizar Haciyakupoglu is a Research Fellow at the Centre of Excellence for National Security (CENS) of the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Her research concerns online harms, trust, and advocacy. She holds a PhD from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Communications and New Media Department (CNM), and an MA in Political Communication from the University of Sheffield. She received her bachelors degree in Global and International Affairs from the Dual-Diploma Programme of the State University of New York (SUNY) Binghamton, and Bogazici University, Turkey.

Yasmine Wong is a Senior Analyst with the Centre of Excellence for National Security (CENS) of the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Her current research focuses on issues pertaining to social resilience, social cohesion, and inter-group relations in online and offline spaces. Yasmine received her bachelors degree in Social Sciences (Politics and Philosophy) from the University of Manchester, and holds a Masters of Science in Political Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
