"This book was the best tool we had when our adolescent son was fighting his OCD. We quickly realized OCD does not just happen to the individual, but affects the entire family. We needed to learn and follow an evidence-based treatment plan. Dr. Abramowitz outlines each step in a clear, concise way. The chapter on 'Putting It All Together' was particularly helpful. Dr. Abramowitz helps you create a 'battle plan' that is the key to winning the war."--Kim V., Jacksonville, Florida
