Joseph P. Daniels received his Ph.D. in International Finance and Trade from Indiana University in 1992 and has been a faculty member at Marquette University, USA, since that time. In 1997 he served as a Fulbright Scholar in the international affairs program at the University of Toronto and continues as a member of the G8 and G20 Research Groups at the University of Toronto.



David D. VanHoose earned his Ph.D. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently the Herman W. Lay Professor of Private Enterprise at the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University, USA.
