He is the Head of the Centre for Settlements Studies at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana with a demonstrated history of working in construction, housing and disaster risk reduction.
Professor David Proverbs is Dean of the Faculty of Science and Engineering at the University of Wolverhampton, UK.
