Dr. Li is a professor at the College of Biomedical Engineering and Instrumental Science of Zhejiang University. With more than 30 years dedicated to research and education in the field of medical informatics, he has extensively focused on digital medical technology, medical information systems, biomedical ontology modeling, medical knowledge graphs, health and medical big data, and medical artificial intelligence. Professor Li led his team to develop a multi-center intelligent medical information platform that has been connected to numerous tertiary hospitals in Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Hefei, covering the real diagnosis and treatment data of tens of millions of patients. He and his team proposed novel methods of clinical data privacy computing based on homomorphic encryption to comprehensively enhance data security and privacy protection capabilities in the clinical data analysis process. They also developed an EHR-oriented knowledge graph system and proposed a variety of graph reasoning and decision support methods to provide innovative technical support for mining and utilizing disease information hidden in big data. In recent years, he has published over 250 papers, led the formulation of one ISO international standard and one industry standard of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, been granted more than 150 domestic and foreign invention patents, and published more than 10 books. Professor Li concurrently serves as the chairman of the Digital Medicine and Medical Informatization Branch of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, the chairman of the Zhejiang Biomedical Engineering Society, the vice president of the Medical Instrument Branch of the Chinese Instrument Society, the vice president of the Medical Informatization Branch of the Chinese Research Hospital Society, the vice president of the Smart Medical Technology and Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, and the vice president of the Internet Health Management Branch of the Chinese Health Management Association. His contributions have been recognized through numerous honors, including one second prize of the National Award for Science and Technology Progress, two first prizes and one second prize of the Zhejiang Province Award for Science and Technology Progress. He has also been awarded the Jiasi Huang Biomedical Engineering Award by the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering. Notably, two of his research papers published in authoritative journals in the field were honored by the International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA) as "Best Paper of the Year" and featured in their yearbook.

Dr. Tian is a professor at the College of Biomedical Engineering and Instrumental Science of Zhejiang University. His main research areas are medical informatics, clinical decision support, and privacy-preserving computation for multicenter medical data analysis. Professor Tian concurrently serves as a standing committee member and secretary-general of the Digital Healthcare and Medical Informatization Branch of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, a member of the Medical Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee of the Chinese Hospital Association, a director and deputy secretary-general of the Zhejiang Biomedical Engineering Society, and vice chairman of the Zhejiang Medical Data Industry Research Institute. In recent years, he has hosted or participated in more than ten scientific research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Professor Tian has published over 50 papers in leading medical informatics journals such as IEEE JBHI, JMIR, AIIM, and JBI, and holds more than 50 domestic and international patents. His achievements have been recognized with a first prize of the Zhejiang Province Award for Science and Technology Progress.

Dr. Zhou is a research expert at Zhejiang Lab. His main research areas are medical artificial intelligence, medical information security and privacy protection, and medical knowledge graphs. He also serves as a committee member of various professional organizations, including the Digital Healthcare and Healthcare Informatization Branch of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering and the Internet Health Management Branch of the Chinese Health Association. He has published more than 50 research papers. One of his papers was selected as the cover article by IMIA and was also awarded as the Best Paper of the Year by IMIA. This achievement marked the first time for mainland China to receive such recognition. He has contributed to four books, filed four standards, and has been granted over 100 domestic and international patents. His accomplishments have been recognized with a first prize of the Zhejiang Province Award for Science and Technology Progress.
