E-grāmata: I am the people

Our life is a series of small incidents, not one of which in and of itself attracts our attention at the moment it passes, but if we go further along the path, and it becomes impossible for us to turn back, it becomes clear to us that some of them are what decide our fates, even if we were aware of these small, dangerous incidents at the moment. It is crucial for our keenness to be wise and avoid mistakes, but we are human beings, and with our mistakes we write the series of the human story, and the incidents that pass through us leave indelible traces on us. Some of them are a barrier that comes to us in fleeting memories, and some of them are deep, resembling the scars of wounds after they have healed, and these deep lines are what direct our thinking and lead us. Our feelings and move our will. This is what it seemed to me, at least, while I was in my small room in the Appeal Prison, roaming with my imagination in the world of memories to record what I thought were worthy of mentioning incidents in my life.This passage was the introduction to the novel "I Am the People" by the distinguished writer Muhammad Farid Abu Hadid.
