Mitch Fryling, PhD, BCBA-D, is associate professor and chair of the division of special education and counselling at California State University, Los Angeles. He has authored and co-authored many scholarly publications, primarily in the area of behavioural theory and philosophy, especially as it pertains to complex human behaviour and system development in behaviour analysis.
