Meet the Authors 283
TIM LUCAS is the founder and lead pastor of  Liquid Church, named one of Americas 100  Fastest-Growing Churches by ?Outreach  magazine (2018). Tim started Liquid on  accident with a dozen twenty-something  friends meeting in the basement of a 150-year  old church. Since launching in 2007, Liquid has  experienced rapid growth and thousands of  changed lives. The innovative church has grown  to seven locations across New Jersey with  5,000 people in attendance and more than  2,400 baptisms to date.

Warren Bird, Ph.D., is Senior Vice President of Research and Equipping at ECFA.org (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability). Previously he was Research Director at Leadership Network. He's an award-winning author/co-author of 34 books for pastors and church leaders, church boards, and seminary professors. Bird researches cutting-edge churches and works with their leaders to multiply their evangelistic and disciple-making impact.
