Kyo Maclear (Author) Kyo Maclear is a childrens author, novelist and essayist. She was born in England, but moved to Canada at a young age. Kyos father is British and her mother is Japanese. Kyo now lives in Toronto with her two sons, two cats, a musician and a truckload of books.
Julia Sarda (Illustrator) Jślia Sardą is an illustrator from Barcelona. Jślia has illustrated some incredible debut fiction and everlasting classics, including Katherine Woodfines The Sinclairs Mysteries and the cover to M.G. Leonards Beetle Boy. The Liszts is Jślias debut picture book.
