GEORGINA WOUDSTRA is the founder and principal of the Team Coaching Studio, an organisation dedicated to shaping the emerging field of team coaching and to developing masterful team coaches around the globe. She is a regular speaker on the subject at coaching conferences and communities both in person and virtually.





Georgina has walked the walk. An entrepreneur, she has started and run many successful companies and coaches many chief executives and senior teams across major corporations as well as public sector and not-for-profit organisations. She writes a column called Talking Teams, alongside book chapters and articles about coaching teams. A practitioner at heart, Georgina is a passionate advocate for the coaching profession, is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a Master Certified Coach and lives with her family in Winchester, UK.
