Claire Mooney is an Instructor at the School of Education and Professional Learning, Trent University, Canada. Roger Gomm, now retired, was lecturer in health and welfare at The Open University, UK. He has long experience of ethnographic research in both the United Kingdom and internationally, and of bespoke evaluation research. He has written several books, including Social Research Methodology (second edition, Palgrave Macmillan, 2008) and Key Concepts in Social Research Methods (Palgrave Macmillan, 2009). Alice Hansen is an educational consultant. Prior to this, Alice worked in higher education as a principal lecturer in mathematics education and as the programme leader for the Primary PGCE with QTS programme. She has worked in a wide range of primary schools in England and abroad. Alices research interests include early years and primary childrens mathematical thinking.
Lindsey Ferrie is a primary school teacher in Carlisle. Sue Fox has had extensive experience of teaching all ages from Reception to Year 6. She was Senior Mathematics Lecturer at St Martins College, Carlisle. Reg Wrathmell is Senior Lecturer in Mathematics Education at King Alfreds College, Winchester. He has extensive experience as a mathematics consultant and as a provider of in-service courses.
