This book presents an update on the state of the art in nanobiology and various nanoparticle synthesis and characterization methods. Further, the application of nanomaterials in agriculture (nanobiofertilizers and nanobiopesticides), environmental remediation (bio-nanoaugmentation), and public health (diagnosis, treatment, and drug delivery) is also a key area of this book. This book serves as a roadmap for researchers to fill various gaps by designing and organizing future research. It offers a crucial reference for academic researchers in nanotechnology, medicine, material science, toxicology, agriculture, environmental science, and biomedical science.

Nanotechnology Intervention for Sustainable Agriculture: Challenges and Possibilities.- Dynamic Applied Interactions amid Nanoparticles, Beneficial Soil Microorganisms, and Phytopathogens.- Influence of Nanoparticles in Orchestrating Plant Growth and Development.- Nano-biofertilizers and Nano-biopesticides: Impact of Future Agrochemicals.- Advancements in ZnO Nanomaterials for Enhancing Agricultural Systems.- Bionanoaugmentation: A novel approach for environment protection.- Nanomaterial-based photochemical degradation of environmental pollutants.- Nanotoxicology: A Threat to The Environment and Human Health.- Nanoparticles-mediated diagnosis of common human diseases: With special reference to gold nanoparticles.- Nanoparticles as drug delivery systems: Advances and challenges.- Recent advancements in nanobiology in the treatment of human diseases.- Futuristic role of green nanotechnology for sustainable agriculture, environment, and public health.

Dr. Acharya Balkrishna, a highly ascetic entrepreneur with a versatile personality, has published over 330 research articles in various national and international journals. His research interests are in the areas of Ayurveda, agriculture, and information technology. He holds several leadership positions, including Vice Chancellor of the University of Patanjali, Chairman and MD of Patanjali Ayurved Ltd., and others.

Dr. Naveen Thakur obtained his Ph.D. in physics from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India. He has more than 20 years research experience. His research thrust areas include material science, green nanotechnology, and biomedical applications of nanomaterials. He is known for his passion for teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students and training them as future scientists.

Dr. Vedpriya Arya obtained her Ph.D. in genetics from M.D. University Rohtak. She has worked extensively on integrating statistical and technological methods with plant-based medicines. She currently leads the Patanjali Herbal Research Department at the Patanjali Research Foundation and works on green nanotechnology-based approaches for the management of diseases.

Dr. Ashwani Kumar is a scientist C in the Herbal Research Department of the Patanjali Research Foundation and has a keen interest in the research areas of nanotechnology, probiotics, nutraceuticals, medicinal plants, and scientific writing. As a microbiologist, he focuses on the antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anticancer potential of green synthesized nanomaterials to combat drug resistance, oxidative stress, and cancer, respectively. Further, he is instrumental in studying the oxidative stress-mediated toxicity of nanomaterials, limiting their use in biological systems.
