This collection focuses on the challenges, lessons learned, and best teaching practices shared by educators in the higher education system in both the developed and developing areas of Asia. Misty So-Sum Wai-Cook is Deputy Director and Senior Lecturer in the Centre for English Language Communication and Director of Student Life at the College of Alice & Peter Tan at the National University of Singapore. Misty has won multiple Centre and NUS teaching excellence awards, and she is now on the Annual Teaching Excellence Award Honour Roll.

Amany Saleh is Professor of Curriculum and Instruction and Comparative Education at the Center of Excellence in Education at Arkansas State University, USA. She is the founder of the Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education.  Krishna Bista is Professor of Higher Education in the Department of Advanced Studies, Leadership and Policy at Morgan State University, USA.
