In the near future, and the world wide prison population is out of control. Six counties decide to take matters into their own hands and devise a unique concept to deal with worse of the worse and ease the prison overpopulation problem. They find an uninhabited island with beautiful blue cloudless skies, crystal clear waters, plush sandy white beaches and a large volcanic centerpiece. How bad could that be? Soon the first batch of prisoners are inserted for the rest of their natural life. Each country agree to oversee the prisoners with medical care and provide a naval reactionary force to thwart any escape attempts. Can the prisoners survive a special criminal justice system, their overseers, Mother Nature and themselves?
