|Debra Willison - Editor| joined the university as a Trainee Laboratory Technician aged just 17 and has now been with the University of Strathclyde for 44 years. Her career progression has seen Debra employed in various roles, and she is now Deputy Associate Principal (Online Learning and Teaching) and Vice Dean Academic for the Faculty of Science. |Emma Henderson - Editor| is a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) at the University of Strathclyde. She obtained her PhD in the field of medical device design in 2008, and is now Director of Education in MAE. She holds membership of various faculty committee and an elected member of University senate. Dr Henderson's pedagogical research interests include the development of novel pedological processes to enhance student experience, with particular focus on transitions through higher education and specifically interventions that can be expanded to support large cohorts. She is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
