From a controversial reading of Platos and Aristotles contributions and by questioning some traditional concepts such as the autonomy of art, the new Transcendence Theory of Art emerges. As a methodological example of how to swap between theoretical analyses and art practice, it is a proposal for a fresh approach in some areas of philosophy.
