Yongdong Li



Dr. Yongdong Li is a professor and the Deputy Director of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJU), Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Multifunctional Structures and Materials, Ministry of Education of China, Associate Director of the Institute of Plasma and Microwave Electronics (Innovation) of XJU. He also serves as the member of the Committee on Space Electronics, Chinese Institute of Electronics, and the member of the Committee on Plasma and Applications, China Electrotechnical Society.



Anbang Sun



Dr. Anbang Sun is a professor at the School of Electrical Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. From September 2010 to September 2011, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Institut Supérieur de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace (ISAE) in France. From November 2011 to June 2014, he served as a postdoctoral researcher at the Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI) in the Netherlands. From July 2014 to May 2016, he worked as a Staff Scientist at the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology (INP) in Germany.  In August 2016, he returned to CWI as a visiting scholar until October 2016. From November 2016 to April 2017, he held the position of Distinguished Researcher at the School of Electrical Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University.



Ming Xu



Dr. Ming Xu is a professor at Xian University of Technology, China. He served as a visiting scholar at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) in Germany in 2002. Since 2018, he has been the head of the Department of Applied Physics at Xi'an University of Technology. He is currently a senior member of the China Electrotechnical Society (CES), a member of the Youth Working Committee of CES, a member of the Plasma and Applications Committee, a member of the Electrical Testing Committee, and a senior member of the IEEE. His main research interests include ultrafast optoelectronics, pulsed power and discharge plasmas, and high-power solid-state switching devices and materials.



Jiawei Zhang



Dr. Jiawei Zhang is a professor at Xian University of Technology (XUT), China. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon (INSA Lyon) in France. He then conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Bologna in Italy, was a visiting scholar at Fukuoka University in Japan, and served as a visiting professor at Heidelberg University and the Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies (HITS) in Germany. Currently, he is the Director of the Institute of High Voltage and Insulation Technology (XUT). His main areas of teaching and research include electrical engineering, new energy systems, smart grids, and intelligent sensing.
