Dr. Philip G. Bradford is Associate Professor-in-Residence, Computer Science, University of Connecticut, Stamford, USA. His research interests include graph theory, Bayes methods, automobile industry, automotive electronics, calculus, complex networks, computational complexity, directed graphs, fault diagnosis, formal languages, genetics, matrix multiplication and network.





Dr. S. Andrew Gadsden is the Associate Chair, Graduate Studies, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, McMaster University, Canada. His expertise includes Artificial Intelligence; Cognitive Systems; Control Systems; Data Science; Estimation Theory; Machine Learning; Mechatronics; Smart Systems. Dr. Gadsdens research background and expertise includes a broad consideration of control and estimation theory, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and smart or cognitive systems





Dr. Shiban K Koul is a Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He is also the Chairman of Astra Microwave Products Limited, Hyderabad, a major company involved in the Development of RF and Microwave systems in India. His current research interests include RF MEMS, Device modeling, Microwave and Millimeter wave IC design and Reconfigurable microwave circuits including antennas. He is currently a serving ADCOM member and a Member of IEEE MTT societys technical committees on Microwave and Millimeter Wave Integrated Circuits (MTT-6) and RF MEMs (MTT-21), Member of India Initiative team of IEEE MTT-S, Membership Services Regional Co-coordinator India, Vice Chair MGA and MTT-S Speaker bureau lecturer. Dr. Koul is the author/co-author of 199 Research Papers and 7 state-of-the art books and holds 6 patents and 6 copyrights. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, USA (IEEE), Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE) and Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE).





 





Dr. Kamakhya Prasad Ghatak obtained his PhD Degree of the University of Calcutta, India, in 1988. In accordance with the analysis of World Ranking of top 2% Scientists as prepared by Stanford University in 2020, USA, (shorturl.at/qHIJ4), Professor K.P. Ghatak of IEM UEM group stays within top 1% in the field of Applied Physics. Prof. Ghatak is the principal co-author of more than 200 research papers in SCI Journals and 385 research publications in SCOPUS, respectively. He is the Principal author of 20 research monographs from Springer-Verlag, Germany, De Gruyter, Nova and World Scientific Publishing Company respectively. He has guided successfully more than 100 PhD Students in different topics of Nano Technology. He was Assistant Professor in the Department of Radio Physics and Electronics of the University of Calcutta from 1983-1987, Associate Professor in the Department of ETCE of Jadavpur University from 1987-1994, Professor and HOD of Electronic Science of the University of Calcutta from 1994-2011, HOD and Dean of the National Institute of Technology, Agartala from 2012 -2014 and from January 2015 he has joined in the IEM / UEM group, Kolkata as Senior Professor and research Director. He was at the top of the merit lists in all the said cases.
