Tanusree Chakraborty, PhD, MBA, is a member of the faculty of the Centre for Management Studies at Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, India. She has been associated with a number of business schools and universities in India and was formerly a research fellow of the Indian Council of Medical Research. She has published journal papers and books and has presented over 70 research papers at international conferences, where she has been awarded best paper awards. She has conducted management development programs and has trained managers in the areas of behavioral sciences and human resource management. As a psychologist, she has conducted psychometric testing with over 12,000 employees, and as a trainer, she has trained over 15,000 employees during her career. She has been a panel member in admission and recruitment processes and has conducted GDPIs at academic institutes and corporations.
Sanghamitra Brahma, PhD, MBA, is Head of the Amity School of Economics and Professor-in-Charge of the Amity Center for Career Development and the Centre for Industry-Academia Collaboration, Kolkata, India. She has 24 years of experience in management education and mentoring. She was formerly Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and Head of the Management Department at Adamas University, India. She has handled administrative roles along with academic responsibilities and delivered commendable outcomes. She has published several research papers and articles and supervises PhD scholars in the areas of organizational behavior, learning and development, HRD, organizational design, effectiveness, etc.
Rajdeep Bakshi, PhD, MBA, is a professional and academician. He was in leadership positions at academic institutions of technology and management, where he spearheaded academic quality control strategies. He has over 25 years of experience in teaching postgraduate students and in doctoral research guidance. He was formerly Dean (Business Management) at the Budge Budge Institute of Technology Kolkata, India, and a professor at several universities and colleges in India. He has authored several research-based books. He is a former member of the Human Resource Management Committee of Bengal Chamber of Commerce, West Bengal, India, and the Secretary of the Association of Indian Management School (Eastern India Chapter). Dr. Bakshi has published newspaper articles on blockchain applications for digital transmission of education and control through blended learning strategy and on usage of distributive leadership of academic leadership in contingencies.
