Caitlin Macdonald is a Scottish food stylist and recipe developer based in London. Having been obsessed with food for as long as she can remember, Caitlin loves to cook using store-cupboard and affordable ingredients, always using odds and ends to make comforting and simple recipes. During the lockdown of 2020, Caitlin embarked on a pastry course that convinced her to pursue a career in food full-time. She began assisting food stylists and recipe testing while completing her Masters in Gender Studies and now works full time on cookbooks and other editorial and commercial food projects.
