Tugrul Daim is a Professor and PhD Program Director in the Department of Engineering and Technology Management at Portland State University. Prior to joining PSU, he had worked at Intel Corporation for over a decade in varying management roles. At Intel he managed product and technology development. He has published over 200 refereed papers in journals and conference proceedings. His papers appeared in Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Technovation, Technology Analysis and Strategic Management, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Journal of Medical Systems, Energy, Energy Policy and many others. He has coauthored four books of readings and several proceedings. He is the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management and North American Editor of Technological Forecasting and Social Change. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bogazici University in Turkey, MS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, MS in Engineering Management from Portland State University, and PhD in Systems Science: Engineering Management from Portland State University in Portland Oregon.

Jisun Kim is a research faculty in the Department of Engineering and Technology Management at Portland State University. Working with the Bonneville Power Administration of US Department of Energy for over 7 years, he specializes in consulting and developing technology and R&D management process. He has also been consulting several other government agencies in both US and South Korea, as well as private industries, to help construct technology development framework and commercialization strategy. He has published over 40 referenced papers in journals and conferences. In addition, he received his BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from SungKyunKwan University, South Korea, MS in Engineering management from Portland State University, and Ph.D. in Technology Management from Portland State Universityin Oregon.

Kenny Phan is an adjunct faculty in the Department of Engineering and Technology management at Portland State University. He also has been the executive director for Portland International Center for Management of Engineering and Technology. He has published several papers in journals and conferences. He received his BS in Information Technology from Binus University, Indonesia, MS in Engineering management from Portland State University, and Ph.D. in Technology Management from Portland State University in Oregon.
