Human differentiation encompasses human classification and categorization processes that we encounter on a daily basis. Klaus Behnam Shad offers a new framework of human differentiation that emphasizes social complexity and intersectionality. Uniquely integrating systems theory with political, psychological, and biological anthropology, this systemic-anthropological approach firmly rejects culturalizing, moralizing, and ideologizing stances that claim a supposed superiority. Klaus Behnam Shad (Dr. phil.) forscht und lehrt an der Université du Luxembourg. Der Sozial- und Kulturanthropologe studierte an der Universität zu Köln und promovierte 2020 am Fachbereich Politik- und Sozialwissenschaften der Freien Universität Berlin mit einer Dissertation über Emotionen im Asylprozess. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte umfassen Künstliche Intelligenz im Kontext von A.I. & Society, politische und psychologische Anthropologie, soziale Komplexität sowie Intersektionalität. Mit einem interdisziplinären und empirisch fundierten Ansatz verbindet er Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften mit digitalen Methodologien, um die komplexen Wechselwirkungen zwischen Technologie, menschlichem Verhalten und Gesellschaft zu analysieren und neue Perspektiven für Forschung und Praxis zu eröffnen.
