With over twenty years of professional experience in illustrating and designing childrens magazines and books, Marrieta has illustrated numerous award-winning picture books for domestic and foreign publishers. She earned a bachelors degree in book design and an MA in illustration at the Faculty of Applied Arts in her hometown of Belgrade, Serbia, where she currently resides.
