Herbert Marshall is Associate Professor in Music Education at Kent State University and serves on the editorial board of Research and Issues in Music Education. He maintains an active schedule as a clinician, consultant, adjudicator, and conductor, and teaches workshops for the Gordon Institute of Music Learning.
