Bharti is presently working as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in the Directorate of Online Education (Business Management), Manipal University Jaipur, India. She has experience of working in academia and industries for more than 12 years. She has been involved in writing books, editing book chapters, and conducting online training programs. She has authored a book on Learning Pedagogy in Higher Education (Mittal Publications, New Delhi) in 2022. Her academic interest is in teaching marketing, consumer behavior, human resource management, advertising, and courses related to human values. Dr. Bharti published research articles in reputed national and international journals in different areas.

Shikha Singh is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow Campus, India. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience. She has worked with various academic institutions including Babu Banarasi Das National Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow (U.P.). For the last almost 11 years, she has been working with Amity University Uttar Pradesh. She has guided many M.Tech. dissertations and more than 45 B.Tech. projects. She has published more than 25 research papers in journals and conference proceedings. Her academic interest includes teaching databases, machine learning algorithms, data visualization, and various programming languages including C, C++, and Python.

Anand Pandey is presently working as a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and handling the administrative responsibility of Deputy Director, Academics in Manipal University Jaipur, India. He is involved in writing books, editing book chapters, guiding the scholar, conducting FDP/shortterm training programs, and reviewing journals/conferences. He has successfully guided three research scholars for a doctoral degree in advanced machining processes. Two patents/designs have been published/granted for his contribution to the design and development of a lowcost water purifier for rural India in 2020. He has more than 16 years of teaching experience while working with various institutions, which includes his 9 years of experience with the Manipal University Jaipur. He has guided three doctoral degrees, five M.Tech. dissertations, and more than 23 B.Tech. projects. Also, he has published more than 70 research papers in journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. He has edited three books, one patent published, and one design and five copyright registered.

Amit Sachan is presently working as an Associate Professor in Operations Management Area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi since June 2011. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Industrial Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and is also a Fellow (integrated M.B.A. and Ph.D.) from Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon. Before joining the IIM Ranchiø he worked as a Service Manager of Industrial Engineering Group in AON Hewitt. The Industrial Engineering Group is responsible for the design and development of tools and processes for measuring work, forecasting methods, staffing methodologies, and supporting reengineering efforts and business management routines. He has published articles in journals such as International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, Australasian Journal of Information Systems, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management, Computers in Human Behavior, and Information Technology and People. Professor Sachan has coauthored the 12th edition of Operations Management Sustainability and Supply Chain Management. This book is used as a textbook in leading business schools across India. He has published two teaching cases in Asian Case Research Journal and Journal of Cases on Information Technology. He has presented several research papers in international and national conferences. Professor Sachan attended Global Colloquium on ParticipantCentred Learning GLOCOLL in 2014 at Harvard Business School Campus, Boston, USA. Professor Sachan is the recipient of Dewang Mehta award for the best professor in operations management in November 2012. He has also attended the Business Accreditation Seminar and Assurance of Learning Seminar organized by AACSB in Bangalore in February 2014. Professor Sachan has taught Business Statistics, Operations Research as core and Revenue Management and Service Operations Management as elective courses at M.B.A., Executive M.B.A., and Ph.D. levels in IIM Ranchi.
