Stone is the Edward H. Levi Distinguished Service Professor of Law at the University of Chicago. Justin Driver is the Robert R. Slaughter Professor of Law at Yale Law School. William Baude is professor of law and the faculty director of the Constitutional Law Institute at the University of Chicago.
